Privacy Policy

Summary: We store as little data as possible. For payments we use Payrexx. We are legally obliged to keep receipts for 10 years.

1. General

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy as well as protection against misuse of their personal data. We adhere to these provisions. Personal data is treated strictly confidentially and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for processing the order (e.g. payment processors).

2. Processing of Personal Data

We primarily process only the data that you transmit to us as part of an order or contact request. This includes:

Name and First Name
Delivery and billing address
Email address
Payment information (processed directly by Payrexx)

3. Payment processing via Payrexx

We use the service provider for payment processing Payrexx AG, Burgstrasse 20, 3600 Thun, Schweiz. When you make a payment, your data (e.g. amount, currency, payment method) is transmitted to Payrexx. Payrexx processes this data as an independent controller. 4. Data Minimization and Retention Obligation

We adhere to the principle of data minimization and store only what is necessary. However, please note:

Bookkeeping: According to Art. 957 CO, we are obliged to keep business books and accounting vouchers (this includes invoices and thus your order data) for 10 years. We cannot delete this data before this period expires.
Newsletter: If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address until you unsubscribe again.

5. Cookies and Server Logs

We use only technically necessary cookies on our website, which are required for the operation of the site. These include:

Session Cookies: To save your cart and (if logged in) keep your login status.
Security Cookies (CSRF): To protect forms against misuse.

We do not use analysis or tracking cookies (like Google Analytics). Therefore no cookie banner is required.

When accessing our website, usual server log data is also stored (IP address, browser), which serves exclusively for troubleshooting and ensuring operation.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about your data stored with us as well as to request their correction or deletion, provided that no legal retention obligations oppose this.
